Hands-on care requires trust. Our caregivers take time to understand how each person prefers to be supported, including established routines, comfort levels and the amount of assistance required.

Whenever possible, we encourage clients to continue doing the parts of their personal care they can safely manage themselves, while providing assistance where it is needed:

  • Safety during transfers and mobility

  • Respect for privacy

  • Clear communication

  • Consistency in caregivers
