Before founding Daily Home Care, I worked as a care coordinator in home care. I saw how much clients depend on consistent, respectful support and how issues with communication, coordination, and efficiency can negatively affect both clients and caregivers.
I realized these challenges were not due to a lack of caring or effort, but rather to systems that lacked clear guidance, initiative, and follow-through for both clients and staff.

 

These experiences didn't just shape my beliefs; they directly informed how Daily Home Care operates today, from care coordination and caregiver support to communication standards and continuity of care.

Home care is often described as personal, empathetic, and kind, but these values matter only when demonstrated daily. Care must be consistently personal and reliable, not just promised.

High-quality care begins with supporting those who provide it. When caregivers feel valued and respected, clients receive better care. This belief is grounded in my direct experience.
