My Story
Before founding Daily Home Care Inc., I served as a Care Coordinator for one of Canada’s major home care providers. In that role, I saw firsthand that high-quality care often failed — not for a lack of kindness, but due to the inherent limitations of large-scale systems, where communication can become fragmented and personal accountability often gets lost in the shuffle.
These experiences didn't just shape my beliefs; they directly informed how Daily Home Care operates today, from care coordination and caregiver support to communication standards and continuity of care.
My Philosophy: Professionalism with Presence
As a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW), I believe professionalism and compassion should never be separated. My approach is grounded in ethics, safety, and a holistic understanding of well-being.
